Rosen Method Movement brings forward joy, supports an attitude of non-effort, keeps our joints healthy, opens the door to a deeper experience of ourselves.

Rosen Method Movement uses music which provides support and allows the rhythm and the grace of the body to be found.

This course is for training  and/or personal growth.  Come and learn to teach this simple, practical and powerful Rosen Method Movement.

Rosen Method Movement is designed for everyone!

Teacher:  Aurelia Priotto St. John

Aurelia is a member of our teaching team at Cascadia Centre, a Rosen Method Movement Senior Training Teacher, and a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner.  She has been teaching weekly movement classes for over 15 years, and has had a private practice in Sausalito CA. She has recently returned to her home in Italy and brings her passion for the Rosen Method there as well.

  • Register by September 30, 2010
  • Tuition: $650(Cdn) pay to “Rosen Method Cascadia Centre”
  • Lodging & Meals: $347 pay to “RM Studio”
  • Pay by: Sept. 30 (includes non-refundable deposit of $125 for RM Studio)
  • After Sept 30 pay an additional $75.00

October Getaway Weekend

The theme of the weekend of October 23, 24, 25  is  Nurturing Peace Within and Around Us.

October is a time of transition and a perfect opportunity to get away from it all. Join us and bring a friend or 2!

We offer you:

  • 2 nights accommodation in comfortable shared rooms
  • local gourmet meals from Friday night to Sunday noon prepared fresh by our chef
  • Each weekend also offers additional optional activities at no extra charge.

Included in the October weekend package, are the following optional activities

  • Rosen Movement with Mariette Berinstein, 10:00 – 11:00 am  Saturday October 24th
  • Guided Walk through Old Growth Forest with Carol Stewart, after lunch, Saturday October 24th

Menu of extras Saturday and Sunday (book at registration or during the weekend)

  • Rosen Method Bodywork, with Mariette Berinstein,  $75, 1 hour individual session.
  • Tarot and Rune Reading, with Madame Deanne, $20 for 20 min., $60 for 1 hour.

Spa sessions, kayak rentals, yoga all available in downtown Roberts Creek.
