Baljit Siekham is the founder of Alchemy Organizing, Vancouver’s premier corporate, and home office organizing service.
In today’s competitive business world being successful is tough enough without carrying a lot of unnecessary baggage or taking unneeded steps.
Eliminating those things that aren’t contributing to the success of those we serve allows us to focus on things that do.
Similarly, a process that makes poor use of our employees’ time and has our customers complaining is a sure way to kill our business.
As a natural organizer she is constantly putting things in their place. As an office manager she became an expert at streamlining workflows and procedures.
Her attention to detail and design is a curse to her family members but it is a delight to her clients. She led projects that helped improve turnaround time from as much as 12 months to less than 60 days and reduced workloads and improved customer satisfaction by cutting processing time from 4 hours to less than 20 minutes.
She can help you organize your business. It isn’t alchemy. It is systematic analysis and elimination of the stuff that doesn’t contribute positively to your business or your life.
